iTutorGroup will pay USD 365,000 to settle an age-based employment discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). iTutorGroup's AI software was found to have automatically rejected older applicants due to their age, with women over 55 and males over 60 being disqualified from consideration.
